Energy Alchemy 101
My whole life I have always wanted to understand how everything works. I always believed that if I could just understand how energy creates reality, then I would understand how to live in this crazy world. I could not only get by safely, but also maybe one day thrive. Little did I know that this deep searching need would lead me to discover a whole universe waiting inside of me that was not only connected to everything externally, but that also had answers to any and ALL questions that I could ever perceive to ask. Additionally, I was gifted with the ability to see, feel, and hear energy consciousness and to work with many extraordinary teachers who have helped to hone my awareness. Through each level of healing and teaching, I have more deeply understood that it is through our deep presence that true alchemy and transformation transpires. When we are truly present, we are able to access the flow of nature in universal consciousness, tapping into a huge network of high vibrational information that can both teach and heal anything if given the full opportunity to do so.
In Energy Alchemy 101, we will delve into the most efficient and effective fundamental techniques that quickly allow us to be in our body and create from the now. We will learn how to hear, feel, see and understand energy from a place of deep wisdom and presence on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual planes. Together we will:
- learn energy alchemy that clears blocks and patterns while being in a grounded, open space.
- learn physical, emotional, mental and spiritual anatomy
- learn how to distinguish which energy is ours and which energy is other people’s energy
- learn how to not only get in but also stay in our bodies
- learn how to hear what a true yes and no answer is through alternative muscle testing techniques
- learn simple techniques to see, hear and understand energy
- receive group healings each class
Energy Alchemy 101 is for anyone who has a sensitivity to energy and who wishes to be a more grounded, intune and balanced individual. It is helpful, but not necessary, to have received some form of energy healing so that there is a comfortability to working with energy.
