Energy Alchemy 102
Now that you have learned different techniques to get in your body with ease, it’s time to delve more deeply into Energy Alchemy. We have set the stage with the understanding that when you are rooted in your body, you are able to not only shift your internal energy with ease, but your external energy as well. From a space of open-hearted curiosity, you are able to go beyond the veils of the 3D and start to explore areas of the unseen.
To do this, constant cultivation of internal chi and love is necessary. So too is understanding the difference between your energy and other energies. When we can be with all energy in a space of curiosity and light, we can truly see what other energy really is– a reflection of us. While everything is truly just a mirror of ourselves, it is still good to have some guidance as to how to manage operating with other energies in a clean, responsible way. As the doors of our awareness open more and more, it is important to constantly stay in alignment with and guided by our True Self. To do this, it is very helpful to understand how we can go down “energetic rabbit holes,” following energy from a place that is not in alignment with our Highest Good. There is so much to explore in the energetic realm and I would love to help guide you with some pertinent knowledge that has helped me be where I am today energetically. I have learned A LOT of dos and don’ts over my time of cultivating energetic understanding, and I would love to share some of these fundamental understandings. Of course the true path of understanding is found from within, but I would love to be one light of many to offer some energetic knowledge.
In this class we will delve into:
- Determine what is our energy versus external energy
- Learn physical, emotional, mental and spiritual anatomy
- Learn how to work with Guides, Masters and Mother Earth energy
- Learn how to clear off attached energies, walk-in energies and clear chords
- Learn how to clear energies in your environment
- Learn how to navigate energy when feeling “psychically” attacked
- Learn how to understand what we see and experience with our 3rd eye
- Receive group healings each class
Energy Alchemy 102 is for anyone who has taken Energy Alchemy 101 OR who has familiarity with energy work. This class will build on Energy Alchemy 101, so it is important to have a basic understanding of how to be rooted in your body, how to move energy while rooted in the body, and how to feel energy within the body. Concepts in this class will be more esoteric based, so having a basic understanding of esoteric terminology is helpful, but not necessary.
