Stars- they are what we are made of and where we truly come from. Day and night, they send out strong frequencies from the cosmos, energetically influencing our daily lives in intrinsic and profound ways. Just like the sun, moon and earth are constantly dictating our daily moods and rhythms, so too do the stars. As they (and we) move through space, we are in a constant dance of co-creation; they are 24/7 shining on us from afar, communicating new light patterns and information on our subconscious and conscious Being. Being able to not only hear, but also to also communicate with such large influences in our life can therefore make a HUGE impact on how life transpires for us. Tuning in and understanding what the stars are trying to help us understand, hear, and learn can make it much easier to move through our lives with ease.

Energy Alchemy 101
We are all spiritual beings living a human experience. As such, life can be a place of joy, adventure and love if we learn to truly master and honor our experience. In this class we learn how to fully live in our bodies, how to ground and understand the energy that is constantly moving through us, and how to become our own energy alchemists through deep awareness of energy. Each class will be predominantly experiential and include group healings.

To do this, it is very helpful to understand how we can go down “energetic rabbit holes,” following energy from a place that is not in alignment with our Highest Good.
